Raw Vegan Gluten free Fig Ice Cream Recipe Ingredients:
– 3 fresh figs
– 3 frozen bananas
– 2 teaspoons honey (or sweetener of choice)
– 70-80ml water (or any nut/coconut milk)
– Blend all the ingredients except the figs in a high speed blender until smooth.
Add the figs and blend for 3-4”.
