By supporting E-Commerce, the COMPANY enables the CUSTOMER, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from the computer screen quickly and easily. Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, below we list the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products.

Withdrawal & Returns of Products

The COMPANY grants the right to the CUSTOMER to cancel the order and therefore to return the products to the Company only if a serious defect occurs or it is proven that the delivery of the products by the Company was incorrect. And the return of the products is only done after consultation with the Company (Healthy Picks) and only if the relevant communication is made within 5 working days from the date of invoicing the products for the cases of defective products, by phone at 6909148888 or via email at info@rawyal. gr. After the end of the above deadline, the Company bears no responsibility towards the customer, who will undertake the return of the defective products at his own discretion. In no other case, apart from a manufacturing defect or wrong delivery, and always within the above defined deadline, returns of the products to the Company are not accepted.

– In the event of a mistake by our company, we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

– In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned and the shipping costs (both for the original order and for the return) are borne exclusively by the customer.

– To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the COMPANY either by phone at 6909148888 or via e-mail sales@rawyal.gr. You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with its packaging and confirming that the product’s special markings have not been removed. Additionally, you must include your retail receipt or invoice. A condition for withdrawal is that the CUSTOMER has complied with the conditions for keeping the products as defined in their packaging.

In the event that money is returned to you through a third party payment provider, the CUSTOMER may be charged with any commission charged by the specific third party provider based on its terms of use and operation, for which our company is not responsible.

It is particularly pointed out that if the above conditions are not met or if there is no one of the aforementioned documents accompanying the product, the request for withdrawal cannot be satisfied.

– The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.

Since the COMPANY’s products include products that can be damaged or expire soon, or that are perishable and therefore sensitive products, we inform you that these products are expressly excluded by law from the right of withdrawal.

The COMPANY recommends the CUSTOMER to carefully check – at the time of delivery of the order – the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. wrong item, etc.).

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way the CUSTOMER chose to pay for the respective order and on the other hand the way the products will be returned, the refund will be completed within 14 days from the date the COMPANY can receive the products in the appropriate present condition.

In the event that money is returned to you through a third party payment provider, the CUSTOMER may be charged with any commission charged by the specific third party provider based on its terms of use and operation, for which our company is not responsible.

The CUSTOMER has the possibility to cancel his order by phone at 6909148888 or by email (sales@rawyal.gr), within 12 hours from the time of its dispatch. The customer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the shipping process begins. In case the shipping process has started, the customer can return the product (based on the company’s product return policy, see above) as defined above. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the Company by cancellation of the order.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible for the COMPANY to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time as defined above, we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone, in order for you to inform us if wish, under these conditions, to complete your order. The COMPANY is not responsible for any reason or reason due to force majeure events.
